Special Order Printing Policies.

Special Order Printing must be paid for up front.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of print-ready artwork files and approval of any proof (whether in electronic or paper form) indicates your agreement that the job is ready to be sent to press. Until we receive a written confirmation from you that a proof is “OK” or “OK with corrections,” we will not proceed on any work and are not responsible for production delays caused thereby or by other factors in your control. We are not responsible for production errors resulting from (a) proofs not required by client, (b) work produced in accordance with a proof you approved as “OK” or “OK with corrections,” or (c) requests for changes communicated orally. Because of differences in paper types, inks, equipment, processing and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed work shall constitute acceptable delivery.
